Three self-defence classes to choose from
Valor Martial Arts aim to remain as accessible as possible when it comes to its self-defence classes. That’s why we offer three different training programmes for certain age groups, including:

LIttle Warriors
Children aged between 5-7 often struggle to maintain concentration and focus. Channelling their energy into systemised and codified combat helps improve their concentration in a fun and interactive way. It also allows them to socialise with children their age and build their confidence.
JuNIORS
Reserved for 8–12-year-olds, these classes are designed to teach young children the techniques and tactics necessary to cope with unwarranted confrontation – giving you some peace of mind regarding their safety. Martial arts training can improve their danger awareness while teaching them important life skills in the process – such as social skills and perseverance.

Teens & Adults
Martial arts is a great sport for teens and adults looking to improve their mental and physical health while also learning some important situational analysis tactics. We maintain that martial arts is more than a set of techniques – it’s a state of mind that aids you beyond the classroom.

Self-Defence Classes
Our classes are based on two of the most famous disciplines of martial arts – kickboxing and krav maga. We have taken the best aspects of each to create a truly unique programme that benefits children and adults alike.
- Kickboxing is one of the world's most popular combat sports.
